Abstract:Double outlet right ventricular disease (DORV) is a multifactorial congenital heart disease in which the main arteries of the heart exit from the right ventricle. We report a clinical case of a premature newborn with a diagnosis of double outlet disease (Fallot tetrad type) suspected to be a congenital genetic disease. Complications associated with the malformation, diagnostic and therapeutic modalities of the pathology are described.
