Clinical Case of Testicular Adenoma in a Patient With Polyorchism

Abstract: The article presents a clinical case of a 53-year-old patient admitted to the hospital with a suspected testicular tumor. Preliminary diagnosis: congenital anomaly. Adenomatoid tumor of the undescended right testicle (inguinal cryptorchidism on the right). Polyorchism. Abdominal cryptorchidism of the accessory right testicle.
