Abstract: Osimertinib is a third-generation tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) that has been approved for the treatment of metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) positive for the secondary T790M mutation of EGFR.
