Abstract:Asymptomatic aortoiliac occlusive disease, while less common compared to other peripheral arterial diseases, presents unique clinical challenges. Our center recently encountered a case involving a patient with chronic occlusion of the distal abdominal aorta and bilateral iliac arteries.
