Clinical characteristics and outcome determinants of stroke rehabilitation

Abstract: Introduction: Heterogeneity of stroke outcome measures has increased the complexity of there usefulness across institutions. We sought to identify factors that determine post stroke functional outcome and discharge destination following rehabilitation.
