Abstract: BackgroundChromosomal translocations involving core binding factor (CBF) genes account for 15% of adult acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cases in China. Despite being classified as favorable‐risk by European Leukemia Net (ELN), CBF‐AML patients have a 40% relapse rate.
