Abstract:The paper describes two clinical cases of antrochoanal polyps (ACP): 1) a giant ACP caused bilateral nasal obstruction, rhinorrhea, and dyspnea in the supine position in a 17-year-old female and 2) transformation of an antral polyp to ACP could be traced in a 17-year-old male.
