Pregnancy is a long-term, temporary, physiological state that occurs in women's lives. Pregnancy is the period in which many anatomical and physiological changes occur to meet the needs of the developing fetus. During this period, various changes are seen in the eye. Some changes, especially in the immunological system, may cause some inflammatory chorioretinopathy in the posterior segment. This can cause different levels of vision loss. The main diseases seen during pregnancy are changes in choroid related to preeclampsia, hypertensive chorioretinopathy, central serous retinopathy, choroidal neovascularization, and vascular occlusive disease. This review, it is aimed to discuss the chorioretinal inflammatory diseases seen in pregnancy.
