“…The results from our study support their findings; SSD patients and AHL patients both showed improvement in tinnitus after Bonebridge implantation. Tinnitus questionnaires conducted by Lee, et al 8) included THI score, awareness of tinnitus and VAS score for loudness and annoyance; of these questionnaires, THI score, awareness of tinnitus and VAS score for annoyance showed a statistically significant decrease after surgery.
