Clinical features and management of atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome patient with DGKE gene variants: a case report

Abstract: BackgroundAtypical hemolytic uremic syndrome (aHUS) with diacylglycerol kinase epsilon (DGKE) gene variant is a rare variant of thrombotic microangiopathy (TMA).
