Clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of respiratory M. pneumoniae infection in children

Abstract: The article describes state-of-the-art knowledge regarding etiology, epidemiology, clinical features and diagnostic criteria for respiratory infections caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae (M. pneumoniae). It presents the characteristics of the main forms of lesions in mycoplasma infections of the respiratory tract – pharyngitis, bronchitis and pneumonia.
