Clinical features of Kawasaki disease initially mimicking retropharyngeal abscess: a retrospective analysis

Abstract: Objective Incomplete Kawasaki disease (IKD) initially presenting as retropharyngeal abnormality is very rare and is prone to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis, often leading to poor prognosis.
