Abstract:ÖzetMalakoplaki, kronik granülomatöz inflamatuar bir reaksiyondur. Sıklıkla immün baskılanmış hastalarda oluşur. Makrofajların uygun bir şekilde fagositoz yapamadığı bakteriyel infeksiyona karşı sıra dışı cevabı temsil ettiğine inanılır. En sık üriner ve gastrointestinal sistemi tutar. Spesifik klinik semptomu yoktur. Tanısı histopatolojik inceleme ile konulur.
