Clinical outcomes after mix-and-match implantation of diffractive multifocal intraocular lenses with +2.75 and +4.00 diopter add powers

Abstract: Background To evaluate the clinical outcomes of bilateral mix-and-match implantation of diffractive multifocal intraocular lenses (IOLs) with different add powers. Methods We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of 18 patients who underwent bilateral mix-and-match implantation of diffractive multifocal IOLs with different add powers.
