Clinical peculiarities and prognosis of HLA-B27 associated anterior uveitis

Abstract:  èññëåäîâàíèå âêëþ÷åíû 75 ïàöèåíòîâ (81 ãëàç) ñ ÏÓ. Êðèòåðèåì âêëþ÷åíèÿ áûëî íàëè÷èå èäèîïàòè÷åñêîãî èëè HLA-B27 àññîöèèðîâàííîãî ÏÓ. Áîëüíûå ñ ïîäòâåðaeäåííîé òîêñîïëàçìîçíîé, òóáåðêóëåçíîé, ñèôèëèòè÷åñêîé, ãåðïåòè÷åñêîé è äðóãîé ýòèîëîãèåé áûëè èñêëþ÷åíû èç èññëåäîâàíèÿ. Âîçðàñò ïàöèåíòîâ êîëåáàëñÿ îò 17 äî 71 ãîäà, ñðåäíèé âîçðàñò ñîñòàâèë 40,8 ± 1,79 ëåò, áîëüøèíñòâî áîëüíûõ (79 %) ñîñòàâèëè ëèöà òðóäîñïîñîáíîãî âîçðàñòà. Ìóae÷èí áûëî 45 (60 %), aeåíùèí -30 (40 %).
