Clinical pharmacology of vasodilating drugs

Abstract: The human pharmacology of oasodilaiors and their total cardiovascular effect are reviewed. Emphasis is placed on the peripheral circulation through skin and muscle; cardiac output, blood pressure, and circulation through the lungs, kidneys, lioer, eyes, and splanchnic areas are also surveyed. Objective methods for studying the oasodilators in man are described in sufficient detail to make objective eoaluation understandable.
