Clinical Predictors of Cetuximab for First-Line Therapy of Metastatic Colorectal Cancer: A Single Institutional Retrospective Study

Abstract: Predictive factors of cetuximab efficacy for metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) have not been sufficiently revealed. The present study aimed to explore new predictors.
