Clinical Presentation of Hypernatremia in Elderly Patients: A Case Control Study

Abstract: Most of the classical signs of dehydration are irregularly present in patients with hypernatremia. Caregivers should carefully screen any variations in consciousness, because they may reveal severe hypernatremia.
