Abstract:Chronic Rhinosinusitis (CRS) has heavy implications on the quality of life and has a prevalence of about 46.1 % in
northern India with similar pattern across the country.This research has been undertaken to study the presentation and
causative factors for CRS in central India. Data of 100 patients diagnosed as CRS was studied. Patients presented with
