Clinical Profile of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura in Children

Abstract: BACKGROUND Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP) is the most common systemic vasculitis in children. It can produce multisystem involvement. The disease is usually self-limited, but can occasionally produce life-threatening gastrointestinal and renal manifestations.
