Abstract:IntroductionPregnancies complicated by hypertensive disorders contribute to enormous burden on economy and healthcare facilities. Eclampsia is one of the clinical markers of near-miss mortality. To achieve optimal outcomes, efforts should be directed at both periphery and tertiary care levels.
