Clinical relevance of dimensional bone and soft tissue alterations post‐extraction in esthetic sites

Abstract: The key to achieving pleasing esthetics in implant dentistry is a thorough understanding of the biological processes driving dimensional bone and soft tissue alterations post-extraction.
