“…The researchers used AR to understand rubber farmers’ work‐related health problems in their local work and daily living contexts. They drew on adult learning theory using the stakeholders’ experiences, needs and feedback to produce and revise training materials (Gatti‐Petito et al., ). They also encouraged the farmers to use self‐reflection learning and visual images rather than text and simplified training content as primary school was the highest education level for most farmers.…”

This approach helps build confidence, increases satisfaction, and reinforces the motivation to learn . Faculty may feel that they are in over their heads, as they are seeking learner‐centered approaches to facilitate the analytic skills of their BSN‐DNP students.…”

“…From the results evidenced, the intervention stage was developed with theoretical base on the Keller's ARCS Motivational Design Model focused on maximizing the educator's effectiveness by focusing the learner's attention, relevance, trust and satisfaction via workshops, demonstrations, teaching aids, work models (10) with theoreticalpractical sessions during 12 weeks, which explained different techniques of oral hygiene according to patient's oral condition. The sessions addressed themes regarding the anatomy and physiology of the oral cavity, oral pathologies common in ICU patients, identification model of oral problems, ventilator-associated pneumonia, and oral hygiene techniques for intubated patients focused on the use of the toothbrush and dental floss to remove bacterial plaque, application of chlorhexidine with gauze to clean the teeth and all the mouth structures, the change of tube clamping to avoid ulcers, and the importance of hydrating the lips.…”
