Abstract:Lupus nephritis (LN) is a severe and frequent complication of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Untreated cases very often lead to patients' death; therefore, it is important to use markers sensitive and specific enough for the diagnosis and subsequent monitoring of nephritis.
