Clinical Significance of Diffusion Tensor Imaging in Metachromatic Leukodystrophy

Abstract: Background and Purpose: Metachromatic leukodystrophy (MLD) is a lysosomal enzyme deficiency disorder leading to progressive demyelination and, consecutively, to cognitive and motor decline.
