Abstract: C1q/tumor necrosis factor-related protein 3 (CTRP3) has been demonstrated to play a protective role in mice with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). However, its clinical significance in SAP remains unknown. This study was conducted to explore the clinical values of serum C1q/tumor necrosis factor-related protein 3 (CTRP3) level in the diagnosis of cardiac dysfunction (CD) and intestinal mucosal barrier dysfunction (IMBD) in SAP.
