Clinical Significance of Urinary Exosomal microRNAs in patients with IgA nephropathy

Abstract: Background: Immunoglobulin A nephropathy (IgAN) is the most common primary glomerulonephritis worldwide. The clinical relevance of 11 urinary exosomal microRNAs (miRNAs) was evaluated in patients with IgAN.
