Clinical Utility of Diffusion Tensor Imaging for Evaluating Patients with Diffuse Axonal Injury and Cognitive Disorders in the Chronic Stage

Abstract: Although diffuse axonal injury (DAI) usually ellicits cognitive disorders, abnormal brain findings are generally undetected by conventional imaging techniques.
