Abstract:Introduction: Shashi-Pena syndrome (SHAPNS) is a rare congenital disorder characterized by macrocephaly, delayed psychomotor development with intellectual disability, hypotonia, seizures, episodic hypoglycemia, distinct facial features, and glabellar nevus flammeus, caused by heterozygous variants of the ASXL2 gene.
