Clinical Weighting of Drug–Drug Interactions in Hospitalized Elderly

Abstract: Adverse drug reactions impact on patient health, effectiveness of pharmacological therapy and increased health care costs. This investigation intended to detect the most critical drug-drug interactions in hospitalized elderly patients, weighting clinical risk.
