Clinically Relevant Differences between Amelanotic Malignant Melanoma and Granuloma pyogenicum

Abstract: Macroscopic discrimination between amelanotic malignant melanoma (aMM) and the so-called granuloma pyogenicum (GP) is often uncertain since reliable criteria for a clear differentiation of either growth are lacking.
