Clinician Perceptions of Incorporating Yoga into Therapeutic Practice

Abstract: Despite increased interest in mindfulness practices such as yoga as an adjunct for depression, anxiety, and other chronic health concerns, little research exists on the potential benefits of yoga in therapeutic settings.
