Abstract:Background: Medulloblastoma (MB) comprises four broad molecular subgroups - wingless (WNT), sonic hedgehog (SHH), Group 3, and Group 4 respectively with subgroup-specific developmental origins, unique genetic profiles, distinct clinico-demographic characteristics, and diverse clinical outcomes.
