Abstract:Background: Epithelial ovarian tumours (EOT) have complex clinicopathologic characteristics and biological behaviours. There are benign, borderline and malignant ovarian tumours and the commonest ovarian tumours in many regions are of epithelial origin. Many studies have described the histomorphological characteristics of the tumours.
