Abstract: Mesonephric adenocarcinoma (MA) and mesonephric-like adenocarcinoma (MLA) are uncommon neoplasms of the gynecologic tract that have until recently been poorly understood. Although their morphologic, immunohistochemical, and molecular profiles have been recently defined, little is known about their clinical behavior.
