Clinicopathological and prognostic significance of LINC00673 in human malignancy: a review and meta-analysis

Abstract: Background: We conducted this research to investigate the relationship between linc00673 expression and prognosis and clinicopathological parameters in human malignancies. Methods: The PubMed, Embase, WOS and CNKI databases were used to collect eligible research data before January 4, 2021. Meta-analysis was performed using Stata 12.0 software. Pooled ORs (odds ratios) or HRs (hazard ratios) and their 95% CIs were calculated to evaluate the association of linc00673 expression with survival outcomes and clinica… Show more

“…Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are a group of RNAs that could contribute to angiogenesis and cell proliferation in tumor cells ( Su S.-C. et al, 2018 ; Zhao et al, 2020 ; Su et al, 2021b ; Ding et al, 2021 ). Among this group, long intergenic noncoding RNA 00673 (LINC00673) is associated with several malignancies ( Zhu K. et al, 2021 ; Zhu Y. et al, 2021 ). In addition, LINC00673 SNPs can influence the expression of cancers such as oral cancer and gastric cancer ( Zhao et al, 2019 ; Su et al, 2021a ).…”
