Abstract: The aim of this study was to investigate the clinicopathological features and differential diagnosis of gastric pleomorphic giant cell carcinoma. Histopathology, immunohistochemistry, and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) gene testing were conducted for seven cases of gastric pleomorphic giant cell carcinoma.
