Objective: Laboratory and histological evaluation of patients with lupus glomerulonephritis treated at Hospital Getúlio Vargas, in Teresina, Piauí. Methods: Descriptive, retrospective study, whose data were collected by consulting electronic medical records and evaluation forms. Results: 33 patients were evaluated, with a mean age of 30.45±10.19 years, and female prevalence (96.97%). Most had altered creatinine values (51.51%) and 24-hour proteinuria (81.81%). It was verified that C3 and C4 (57.57%, each) were altered, the Antinuclear Factor presented 63.63% of positivity, followed by the Anti-DNA (54.54%) and the Anti-SM that 24.24% were reactive. About 54.55% underwent renal biopsy, with histological type class IV (35.00%). The most used induction treatment was Pulse Therapy with Cyclophosphamide 6M 30/30 D (39.39%). There was a relationship significant difference between age and creatinine and Anti-SM values (p<0.05). Conclusion: Most patients have type IV lupus glomerulonephritis, are young adults, female, from the countryside, and have altered biochemical parameters with positivity for immunological ones.
