Clomiphene Citrate versus Letrozole in the Treatment of Anovulatory Infertility: A Randomized Controlled Trial

Abstract: Background: Ovulatory dysfunction accounts for 20-25% of the cases of infertility. The main treatment modality for anovulatory infertility is ovarian stimulation.
