Cloning of an Albino Mutation of Arabidopsis thaliana Using Mapping-by-Sequencing

Abstract: We report the molecular characterization of an ethyl methanesulfonate (EMS)-induced mutation that causes albinism and lethality at the seedling stage in Arabidopsis thaliana.
