Closed posterolateral elbow dislocation without fracture leading to complete brachial artery rupture

Abstract: Traumatic vascular injury of the brachial artery by closed posterolateral complete elbow dislocation, without fracture is an unusual injury. Based on clinical and radiological evidence, emergency treatment is necessary.
