Abstract:Central Nervous System (CNS) tuberculosis (TB) meningitis, a severe extrapulmonary manifestation of TB, poses significant diagnostic and therapeutic challenges due to its high morbidity and mortality rates, especially in immunocompromised individuals such as those with HIV.
