Co-existent abdominoperitoneal tuberculosis with endometrial cancer: A diagnostic and surgical challenge

Abstract: Highlights Co-existent abdominoperitoneal tuberculosis and endometrial cancer is a rare entity. To date, there have only been 2 case reports on the topic. We present 3 cases which highlight key challenges in diagnosis and management. Thorough surgical staging with frozen section analysis is key for accurate treatment. In endemic regions, we recommend a low threshold to suspect this entity.
