Code Design for Incremental Redundancy Hybrid ARQ

Abstract: In this work, we study the problem of designing rate-compatible (RC) error correcting codes for use in incremental redundancy hybrid ARQ (IR-HARQ) systems to address the rate flexibility requirement of wireless communication systems.
