Abstract:We present the case of a female patient in her 40s who presented with jaundice, orthopnoea, paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnoea and bilateral pedal oedema. After extensive investigations, she was diagnosed with hepatic dysfunction, dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) and coeliac axis thrombosis.
