Coexistence of Competence Management and Leadership Programs as Important Competitive Factor of Polish Companies Which Possess Foreign Entities

Abstract: The article discusses the issue of co-existence of competence management programs and shaping of traits and leadership relationships in Polish companies which possess foreign entities.
