CoFeB spin polarizer layer composition effect on magnetization and magneto-transport properties of Co/Pd-based multilayers in pseudo-spin valve structures

Abstract: In this work, we used Co x Fe 80-x B 20 (x= 60, 40, 20) as spin-polarizing layers (SPL) in order to investigate the composition of the CoFeB-SPL on the magnetoresistance (MR) in Co/Pd multilayers-based pseudo-spin-valves (PSV) with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy (PMA).
