Cognitive and adaptive deficits in young children with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD)

Abstract: The goal of the current investigation was to examine adaptive behavior and cognitive skills in young children with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD), a genetic disorder that causes progressive muscular weakness and concomitant cognitive deficits.
