“…Participant observation, as used in this study, involved observing other project participants in aspects of the implementation of the CDS such as their decisions on tasks, participants, related responsibilities, redesign of spaces, responsible departments, function and users. Participant observation also involved observing users’ actions in the CDS setting such as seat usage, noise levels and arrangement of furniture (Buckley, 2019).
