Cold Pressed vs. Centrifugal Juice: Comparison in Terms of the Juice Yield, Physicochemical and Phytochemical Properties

Abstract: In this study, a juice beverage was prepared from pineapple, green apple, and kiwifruit using cold press and centrifugal juice extraction methods.
